• Rhapsody can archive historical transactions for a specified period of time before they are removed from the system. Archived messages are still available for reprocessing and resending.
• Backups of the configuration and message data can be scheduled to occur in periods of low throughput.

Security

• Both monitoring and configuration tasks are accomplished via secure connections, so even remote connections are fully protected.

Notifications and Alerts

• Notification schemes alert administrators to selected events on selected interfaces. The events are highly configurable and flexible.
