For over a decade, Orion Health has been leveraging the Concerto Physician Portal to help deliver healthcare information exchange solutions. This includes implementations for the entire state of New South Wales, Australia, for all healthcare providers in New Zealand, and the Alberta province-wide RHIO in Canada .

Orion Health's standard RHIO technical architecture includes the Concerto Physician Portal, the Rhapsody Integration Engine, and additional cWorkflow modules such as Disease Management, Medical Templates and Medications Reconciliation.
