Orion Health's Clinical Portal is a key component of any RHIO strategy.

The Clinical Portal delivers improved search capabilities and a unified view of data so that physicians have quick and up to date information on a patient no matter what underlying system or healthcare facility that information has originated from.


For over a decade, Orion Health has been leveraging the Clinical Portal to help deliver healthcare information exchange solutions. This includes implementations for the entire state of New South Wales, Australia, for all healthcare providers in New Zealand, and the Alberta province-wide RHIO in Canada.

Orion Health's standard RHIO technical architecture includes the Portal, Rhapsody Integration Engine, and additional clinical workflow modules such as Disease Management, Medical Templates and Medications Reconciliation.
