The office includes sales, marketing, and customer service that will focus on three significant RHIO projects underway in the United States and Canada, deploying a phased implementation strategy to ensure each project's success. Art Ramos has been named services manager of the Orion Health Rhapsody solution, an integration engine that coordinates and streamlines the exchange of messages between multiple healthcare applications, databases and systems, in any format, across virtually any platform. Formerly, Ramos served as product architect with Sun Microsystems/SeeBeyond. Similarly, Nancy Wilson-Ramon, has been named services manager, for the Concerto solution, a medical applications portal that is placed over multiple information systems to provide a single, seamless view of a patient's data. She has been recognized as an industry leader who is active in HL7 leadership.
