Orion Systems International Announces the Promotion of Michael Burke to Vice President of North American Sales
SANTA MONICA, Calif. March 31, 2006 - Orion Systems International, a provider of applications and tools that integrate and enhance existing healthcare information systems, is proud to announce the promotion of Michael Burke to vice president of sales, North America. In his new role, Burke will lead sales across the U.S. and Canada, with a focus on delivering innovative technology solutions designed to improve communication processes in the healthcare industry.

Burke began his tenure with Orion in 2002. Since that time, Burke has been extremely successful in securing new clients and has made a strong contribution to the growth of North American clients, including three significant RHIO projects currently underway in the United States and Canada.

Prior to Orion and in addition to being a CPA, Burke was CEO and founder of a software company that developed solutions for the metal distribution industry which led to his nomination by Inc. magazine as "Entrepreneur of the Year" in 1989. Further sales experience includes years of success selling complex clinical decision support systems in the payer market.

Reporting directly to Burke will be all North American sales, alliance and pre-sales personnel.
