Instant physician notifications
Physicians can choose to receive electronic notification of updates relating to any of their patients. When new information becomes available, for example when lab results arrive, Concerto Physician Portal will electronically notify every physician who has subscribed for updates on that patient.

User messaging
Concerto Physician Portal users can send messages to other individual users or groups of users across the enterprise. For example, a junior doctor may want a second doctor's opinion regarding patient management or to notify them of a patient's progress. They are able to do so by sending the other doctor a message similar to an email. Received messages appear in a list similar to an email inbox. If users are logged in when a message arrives, Concerto Physician Portal will display a new message alert to the user.
