| Paul Viskovich - President Orion Health North America and EMEAPaul Viskovich is responsible for Orion Health's operations in the United States, Canada and EMEA, building trusted relationships with both clients and business partners. Paul has more than 20 years experience in the IT industry and has held senior sales, marketing and management positions with Fujitsu, Amdahl Corporation, DMR Consulting and Eagle Technology Group within the Asia Pacific Region. He has several key tertiary qualifications in the information technology field.

Michael is responsible for leading sales across North America, with a focus on delivering innovative technology solutions designed to improve communication processes in the healthcare industry. Michael brings 20 years of experience in the information technology space with over a decade focused on the healthcare market, both provider and payer.
Prior to joining Orion Health , Michael began his career as a CPA in public accounting and held several key positions since, one of which earned him a nomination from INC. Magazine as Entrepreneur of the Year for his role as founder of a software company.

| Mike Craig - VP Sales, CanadaMichael is responsible for the performance and growth of Orion Health in Canada.
Prior to joining Orion Health in June 2000, Michael worked in the Health IT industry with EDS and then SMS (Shared Medical Systems). Michael has had involvement in Orion Health's New Zealand projects and was based in Australia for several years to manage all of Orion Health's Australian operations. Michael returned to Canada in May 2004 with Orion Health and is based in our Edmonton office.
Michael graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.
|  | Anna Theriault - VP of Alliances, North America & EMEAAnna Theriault is responsible for overseeing the development and management of key strategic partner relationships and alliances, ensuring overall alignment to corporate objectives. In addition, she is co-leading Orion Health's global EHR efforts with Orion Health President North American Operations and EMEA, Paul Viskovich.
Prior to this position, Anna held key senior level positions at Oracle and Cisco, leading their healthcare solutions business development. She brings over 17 years in software development, marketing and sales to the Orion Health team
Anna graduated from San Francisco State University School of Business with a Bachelor of Science.
|  | Corinna Fernandez - VP Human Resources, North AmericaAs the Vice President of Human Resources for North America, Corinna Fernandez leads Orion Health’s efforts in attracting and hiring top candidates for every department of the company, from support staff to sales professionals. She has a natural talent for solving problems, building best-in-class teams and empowering employees to use their talents in new and creative ways.
Throughout her career, Corinna has been an integral part of establishing human resources policies that have resulted in increased productivity, higher levels of job satisfaction and considerable company growth. Her success has been contagious, and Corinna has become a valued mentor for many of her colleagues, past and present.
Corinna’s communication skills, along with her professional, friendly demeanor make her an ideal point person for recruitment, interviewing, negotiation, training, employee relations and policy creation. According to Corinna, her secret is to stay on top of all the details but never take herself too seriously.

As counsel for Orion Health, Stacey will focus on legal support in North America and Europe and is responsible for all non-corporate legal matters. She has a wealth of experience in corporate matters as well as technology licensing, and mergers and acquisitions. Stacey has developed world-wide licensing strategies and is responsible for coordination of patent, copyright and trademark protection.
With a proven track record of effective legal representation as a key participant in United States and international executive teams, Stacey brings to Orion Health strong analytical skills with significant, varied corporate transactional experience. She is skilled in dealing with fundamental business operations issues and worldwide strategic corporate policy initiatives.
|  | Kelly Weinstein - North America Marketing ManagerAt Orion Health, Kelly is the Marketing Manager for North America and EMEA and is responsible for all marketing initiatives in these territories. Working closely with sales, public relations and product development, Kelly will build the Orion Health name and increase customer recognition throughout these regions. Kelly has brought her successful experience in marketing communications, promoting products and services, developing new messages to key audience and forging new connections and important relationships to the advancement of Orion Health.
Prior to working for Orion Health, Kelly joined Exchange Resources Inc as a marketing manager where she headed marketing and sales for the northern California territory. After successfully increasing sales and market awareness, she was asked to initiate the marketing of a new division of the company, Foreclosure Resources, in Los Angeles. As the Vice President of Marketing, Kelly significantly increased market penetration and customer visibility in the companies first year, leading to a thriving future business.

| C. Scott Danos - Business Development Manager, Public HealthAs the VP of Public Health Business Development, Mr. Danos is responsible for Orion Health’s relationships and growth among the state health departments and other public health organizations.
Previously employed in various director and managerial roles at the Centers for Disease Control, Mr. Danos brings over 30 years of public health knowledge and experience. He is recognized among the public health community as an authority on the operations of local, state, and national public health business practices and IT solutions.
Mr. Danos offers expert knowledge and valuable relationships to Orion Health that are essential to our goal of improving the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of public health reporting.
