Orion Health™ Builds Rural Health Information Exchange in Washington State Western Washington Rural Health Care Collaborative (WWRHCC) is a non-profit rural health network established in 2004. WWRHCC is comprised of nine federally designated critical access hospitals (CAHs) serving eight counties in Western Washington, with a combined population of more than 154,000.
